Just had to share this with you:

A woman sitting at a restaurant in Brakpan suddenly began to cough
while eating a giant country-fried steak. After a few seconds it became
Apparent that she was in real distress, and two locals at the next table
turned to look at her.
” Kan you like swallow?”, asked one.
The woman signaled ‘No’, desperately shaking her head.” Kan you like
breeve?” asked the other.
The woman, beginning to turn a bit blue, shook her head ‘No.’With that,
the first Brakpan ou walked over to her, lifted up the
back of her skirt, pulled down her panties, and quickly ran his tongue up
and down the
woman’s butt crack.
This shocked the woman into such a violent spasm that the
obstruction flew out of her mouth and she began to breathe again.
The man slowly walked back over to his table and proudly took
another sip of his Klipdrift & Coke.
His partner said in admiration, “Ma se moer, I did heard of that
Hind Lick Manoeuvre, but I never did saw anybody done it before..

I finally got round to seeing District 9 last night and it was unquestionably as good as everyone made it out to be, if not better. From the acting to the CGI, everything was world class. The right amount of action with an awesome story line. Brilliant. Also, there’s talks that Sharlto Copley, who plays our hero Wikus, could be starring in the upcoming A-Team movie.

Wikus, reminded me of an Afrikaans version of The 40 year old virgin. He had the same quirkiness about him. This worried me at first because I couldn’t see him owning up to be the action hero of the movie, but he surprised me.

The only thing missing from the movie was a steamy scene, but after I refused to allow my wife, Vanessa Haywood (who plays Wikus’s wife) to ever do such a scene (Yes, I’m very possessive about her), I can understand why they couldn’t work something in.

Also, i found Wikus’s accent a bit irritating. It was a bit over the top. I mean really. I’m Afrikaans and I don’t sound like that. I’ve gotten lost a few times and ventured deeeeeep into kraaifontein, and not even there do they speak with such an accent. Boksburg maybe…

After the flick, me and Dizzy* went for a coffee. After we paid our bill, the waiter forgot the credit card machine with us. I contemplated walking out of the shop with it to check if the waiter would realize it. Dizzy then asked me what I would plan on doing with a credit card machine. “What, the next time a waiter brings a CC machine with your bill, you’re going to say ‘No, it’s cool. I brought my own.’ And then reach for it?”.
